Kernel memory corruption via pre-mem_map writes

Memory corruption in the Linux kernel allows local users to crash 64-bit RISC-V NOMMU systems during early boot. Memory initialization processes PFNs below ARCH_PFN_OFFSET when RAM begins below the kernel load address, causing page initialization to write before mem_map. The affected state requires a 64-bit RISC-V NOMMU kernel and RAM below its load address; corruption can prevent boot or expose or alter adjacent kernel memory.
