System crash via undersized L2CAP socket options

Buffer over-read in Linux kernel Bluetooth L2CAP setsockopt handling allows local users to crash the system via a short option buffer. The l2cap_sock_setsockopt and legacy handler copied complete option structures from user pointers without checking that optlen covered the requested size. A low-privileged local process can reach the socket API without user interaction; the documented consequence is service interruption, not data modification.
