Kernel-memory disclosure via undersized Bluetooth socket options

An out-of-bounds read in the Linux Bluetooth HCI socket layer allows local users to disclose kernel memory via crafted socket options. hci_sock_setsockopt_old copies 2- or 4-byte values from kernel_optval without first requiring optlen to cover the copied value. Any unprivileged local user can create the socket without an adapter or radio traffic; repeated reads expose heap bits or trigger a kernel oops or panic.
