IOMMU probe failure via duplicate source IDs

Reachable assertion in Linux 6.8.2 through 6.8.6 allows attackers to cause Intel VT-d IOMMU device probing to fail. intel_iommu_probe_device inserts every probed device into a source-ID-indexed red-black tree and incorrectly assumes each source ID is unique, causing a WARN_ON when IDs collide. The failure occurs on platforms containing duplicate source IDs and produces a kernel warning followed by unsuccessful IOMMU probing.
