Local resource exhaustion via qgroup reservation leak

Resource leak in the Btrfs qgroup subsystem in Linux allows local users to exhaust reservations through failed subvolume operations. Error cleanup converts PREALLOC reservations to PERTRANS before record_root_in_trans succeeds, leaving the transaction unable to release them. Exploitation requires enabled qgroups or simple quotas and repeated create, snapshot, or delete failures; debug builds report the leak at unmount.
