Kernel panic via zero-length dynamic-debug parser token

Kernel panic in Linux before 6.9 allows local users to crash the system via a malformed dynamic-debug control query. Within lib/dynamic_debug.c, ddebug_tokenize() invokes BUG_ON when malformed parser input produces a zero-length token instead of returning an error. Triggering the flaw requires local write access to the dynamic-debug control file, which upstream documentation restricts to root, and the resulting panic interrupts the host.
