HDMI display interruption via omitted fdcc clock

Incorrect power-domain clock handling in Linux 5.19 through 6.6.26 and 6.7 through 6.8.5 allows local users to interrupt HDMI output. The imx8mp-blk-ctrl driver omits the fdcc clock from the LCDIF and HDMI TX power domains, so disabling it before probe prevents LCDIF from receiving the HDMI PHY pixel clock. Exposure requires an NXP i.MX8MP HDMI/LCDIF pipeline; the documented result is a vblank timeout and display-service interruption, not data disclosure or modification.
