Wi-Fi interruption via oversized MHI buffer allocation

Resource-allocation failure in the Linux kernel ath11k driver allows local users to interrupt Wi-Fi during device resume. The qca6390 MHI configuration leaves buf_len at zero, causing mhi_prepare_channel to request default 64KB contiguous buffers although QMI packets remain below 6KB. Reachability requires WCN6855 or QCA6390 hardware and highly fragmented memory where compaction or reclaim is unavailable.
