Kernel memory corruption via stale plane state check

Use-after-free in the Linux kernel VC4 DRM driver allows local users to corrupt kernel memory through non-blocking atomic commits. The prepare_fb and cleanup_fb paths compare a new framebuffer with plane->state->fb even though that state can change asynchronously, unbalancing reference increments and decrements. Access to the VC4 DRM device is required, and successful triggering causes a refcount underflow and use-after-free that compromises kernel integrity and availability.
