Host crash via overlapping AMDGPU recovery resets

A reset-race flaw in Linux 4.2 through 6.8.5 allows local users with AMD GPU access to crash or hang the host during RAS recovery. The amdgpu PCI AER slot-reset callback overlaps the RAS recovery worker, corrupting a temporary device list and dereferencing a stale stack-backed entry. Reachability requires local GPU render-node access that triggers poison consumption or debugfs RAS error injection on affected AMD GPU hardware; the collision can cause kernel memory corruption and a full system crash or hang.
