System suspend failure via uninitialized DRM polling work

Improper workqueue handling in Linux 6.3 through 6.6.26 and 6.7 through 6.8.5 allows local users to interrupt system suspend. drm_kms_helper_poll_disable() cancels and flushes connector polling work without first verifying that polling was initialized. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access, a suspend operation, and a driver such as hyperv-drm that omits connector polling initialization; the bounded consequence is suspend failure.
