Memory disclosure and crash via oversized UCSI reads

Out-of-bounds reads in Linux kernel UCSI 5.5 through 6.6.26 and 6.7 through 6.8.5 allow local users to disclose memory or crash. The UCSI core requests up to the 256-byte UCSI 2.0 MESSAGE_IN size from version 1.2 controllers, reading as many as 240 bytes past their 16-byte region. An unprivileged user can harvest adjacent kernel bytes through world-readable sysfs data, while affected hardware mappings can fault and take the machine down.
