Kernel memory corruption via asynchronous TCP timer teardown

Use-after-free in Linux kernel TCP teardown allows local users to corrupt kernel memory during kernel-socket cleanup. inet_csk_clear_xmit_timers uses nonsynchronous timer deletion, allowing a callback to outlive the network namespace referenced by a kernel socket. The race requires kernel-socket closure during namespace teardown and can expose or alter kernel data or interrupt the system.
