Kdump kernel panic via premature RX interrupt

A NULL pointer dereference in the Linux mlxbf_gige driver allows local users to panic a kdump kernel when its network interface opens. mlxbf_gige_open requests the RX interrupt before NAPI initialization, so an already-pending interrupt invokes the poll path through a NULL function pointer. The failure requires kdump, the mlxbf_gige module, and its out-of-band interface to start; the resulting fatal exception interrupts crash-kernel operation.
