Kernel crash via miscalculated BPF call offset

Incorrect call-offset calculation in the x86 BPF JIT in Linux 6.2 and later affected releases allows local users to crash the kernel. The JIT passes emit_patch an instruction pointer that is not advanced past code emitted by x86_call_depth_emit_accounting, so the CALL displacement skips instructions. Reachability requires local low-privileged access and an x86 system that exercises the BPF JIT call-depth accounting path; the bounded consequence is a kernel crash.
