Kernel panic via oversized MANA receive packet

Receive-buffer sizing flaw in the Linux MANA driver allows remote attackers to trigger a kernel panic with an oversized packet. mana_get_rxbuf_cfg rounds the DMA data size to 64 bytes, allowing the NIC to accept more data than the allocated socket buffer can hold. An affected host must use the MANA network driver; the oversized receive reaches skb_put in mana_poll and interrupts the system with skb_over_panic.
