Local privilege escalation via stale netfilter hook

Use-after-free in Linux kernel nf_tables allows local users to gain kernel code execution through a crafted netlink batch. A batch that deletes a base chain and then changes the table dormant flag defers hook unregistration, leaving the freed chain registered for packet processing. Basic local access is sufficient when unprivileged user namespaces grant CAP_NET_ADMIN; triggering the stale hook allows kernel memory control or a kernel panic.
