Kernel memory disclosure and crash via short optlen

Out-of-bounds reads in Linux netfilter allow local users to disclose kernel memory or crash affected systems via crafted setsockopt calls. The table-replacement handlers trust a caller-controlled optlen, copy fixed-size headers from a smaller cgroup-BPF buffer, and can reuse over-read size data for a larger copy. Reachability requires an attached cgroup setsockopt BPF program and CAP_NET_ADMIN in the socket's user namespace; Siemens lists all subsystem versions as affected.
