Kernel compromise via cross-scope MPTCP socket access

Improper access control in affected Linux kernel releases starting at 6.7 allows local users to compromise kernel confidentiality, integrity, and availability. In net/mptcp/sockopt.c, mptcp_set_rcvlowat accepts a BPF setsockopt operation from a TCP subflow and applies MPTCP-level proto_ops in the wrong socket scope. Reachability requires local access and permission to run a cgroup BPF sock-ops program; the demonstrated trigger produces a kernel warning.
