Server memory exhaustion via unreleased record-marker pages

Memory leakage in Linux kernel SUNRPC allows local users to exhaust server memory by driving RPC-over-TCP responses. The transmit path assumes sock_sendmsg releases every bio_vec page, while svc_xprt_release omits the record-marker page fragment from the response pages it frees. An RPC server using TCP must be active, and repeated responses accumulate the leak until memory pressure interrupts service.
