Service interruption via unreclaimed transmit buffers

Memory leak in the bcmasp Ethernet driver in affected Linux kernels allows local users to interrupt service during interface teardown. The bcmasp_netif_deinit path flushes transmit rings without reclaiming packets or freeing their DMA-mapped buffers, leaving stale transmit control blocks. Exploitation requires a Broadcom ASP 2.0 interface and local transmit activity during interface shutdown or power management, causing memory exhaustion, control-block corruption, or a kernel crash.
