Remote crash via unchecked ICMP probe pointers

NULL pointer dereferences in the Linux kernel allow remote attackers to crash affected systems via crafted ICMP Extended Echo Requests. icmp_build_probe() calls __in_dev_get_rcu() twice and trusts the second result, while another path dereferences dev->ip6_ptr without checking for NULL. No authentication or user interaction is required; reaching either invalid pointer access can interrupt the running kernel.
