Kernel compromise via unlocked ACL rehash race

Use-after-free in the Linux mlxsw ACL TCAM code before 6.9 allows local users to corrupt kernel memory through a rule-rehash race. The activity worker dereferences ventry->entry without vregion->lock while rehash work can replace and free that entry. Reaching the race requires CAP_NET_ADMIN, mlxsw switch hardware, and offloaded flower-rule churn; exploitation can disclose or modify kernel memory or crash the switch control plane.
