Kernel crash via premature TCAM region destruction

Use-after-free in affected Linux kernel versions allows local users to crash the system during mlxsw ACL TCAM region rehash. The mlxsw_sp_acl_tcam_vregion_rehash_work worker treats non-negative credits as completion and destroys the source region even after migration fails, leaving filters with stale references. Reaching the fault requires Mellanox Spectrum switch hardware, low-privileged network-administration access, and a failed ACL filter migration; stale kernel access can compromise confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
