Kernel memory leak via failed rehash rollback

Memory leak in the Linux kernel before 6.9 allows remote authenticated users to consume kernel memory through mlxsw ACL TCAM rehash failures. During a failed rollback, mlxsw_sp_acl_tcam_vregion_rehash_work retries migration and overwrites vchunk->chunk2 without releasing its prior backup chunk. Reachability requires the mlxsw Spectrum ACL TCAM path and successive migration and rollback failures; the bounded consequence is leaked kernel memory and degraded availability.
