System crash via unchecked serdev dereference

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux kernel allows local users to crash systems during non-serdev Qualcomm ROME controller setup. The qca_setup() path dereferences hu->serdev->ctrl to test wake capability even though line-discipline registration leaves hu->serdev NULL. Reaching the crash requires privileged access to set the N_HCI line discipline and a Qualcomm ROME controller; the consequence is a local service interruption.
