Missing authorization in Send PDF for Contact Form 7 1.0.2.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to download PDF form submissions. The hooks function processes unauthenticated download requests without verifying a WordPress capability before returning stored submission PDFs. No account is required, and successful exploitation exposes contact-form entry data but does not alter it or interrupt the site.
