Kernel memory corruption via double-free error cleanup

Double free in Linux kernel GICv3 ITS allocation allows local users to corrupt kernel memory during failed interrupt initialization. its_vpe_irq_domain_free() releases the interrupts, area bitmap, and vprop_page, then its_vpe_irq_domain_alloc() releases the bitmap and page again. Reachability requires the GICv3 ITS virtual-PE path and an its_vpe_init() failure after at least one interrupt has been allocated.
