Local kernel crash via NULL memcg dereference

NULL pointer dereference in Linux 6.8 through 6.8.8 and 6.9-rc1 through 6.9-rc5 allows local users to crash the kernel. When memory cgroups are disabled at boot, the zswap shrinker passes a NULL sc->memcg pointer to memcg_page_state() instead of using node accounting. Triggering zswap reclaim on such a host causes a kernel crash and service interruption; no confidentiality or integrity impact is reported.
