Local service interruption via TLS splice overfill

Resource exhaustion in affected Linux kernel revisions allows local users to interrupt service through a crafted TLS splice request. The tls_sw_sendmsg_splice path lets msg_pl reach MAX_MSG_FRAGS without setting full_record, then tries to append more pages to the full scatterlist. A low-privileged local process can trigger the warning; service interruption requires warning handling that panics or otherwise disrupts the kernel.
