Service interruption via uninitialized MPTCP option state

Improper option-state handling in affected Linux kernels allows local users to interrupt service through crafted MPTCP connections. subflow_finish_connect() accepts the general MP_JOIN flag before reading backup, join_id, thmac, and none, although those fields are initialized only for MP_JOIN SYN/ACK options. The published assessment requires local low-privilege access and reports availability loss, but it does not specify whether the result is a hang, crash, or reboot.
