Kernel panic via uncleared mvpp2 pool state

Denial of service in affected Linux mvpp2 network drivers allows local users to trigger a kernel panic after a kexec reboot. The mvpp2_bm_init path reuses buffer-manager pools whose hardware registers retain stale values across kexec instead of draining and stopping each pool before initialization. Exposure requires an affected kernel on Marvell mvpp2 hardware and a kexec reboot; the reported consequence is a system crash, not data access or modification.
