Service interruption via unreleased DMA allocation

Memory leakage in the fsl-qdma DMA engine driver in Linux allows local users to exhaust DMA-coherent memory and interrupt service. The fsl_qdma_probe function allocates queue-command storage with dma_alloc_coherent but releases it neither after probe failure nor when the driver is removed. Exposure requires the fsl-qdma driver and supported NXP QDMA hardware; the published assessment limits the consequence to availability loss.
