Local denial of service via pinned-page leak

Resource leak in the io_uring subsystem of the Linux kernel allows local users to exhaust memory through failed user-address mappings. When __io_uaddr_map pins pages and a later mapping step fails, its error path replaces the result with -EINVAL and skips releasing those pages. Triggering the leak requires a mapping failure, which was forced during testing but can occur under heavy memory fragmentation; repeated failures can interrupt service.
