Kernel crash via zero-length NCM block loop

Denial of service in the Linux kernel USB gadget NCM path allows local users to crash the system with a zero-block-length NTB. In drivers/usb/gadget/function/f_ncm.c, a zero wBlockLength leaves the unprocessed-byte count unchanged, so the receive loop parses the same NTB indefinitely. Reachability requires the affected USB gadget NCM path and a short NTB containing remaining datagrams; the bounded consequence is a system crash.
