Local service disruption via unbalanced regulator operations

Improper power-state handling in affected Linux kernels allows local users to disrupt availability through lis3lv02d suspend or resume. The lis3lv02d_i2c suspend and resume paths repeat poweroff or poweron operations without reconciling runtime-suspend state, unbalancing regulator reference counts. Reachability requires local access and a system using the lis3lv02d I2C accelerometer; consequences include kernel warnings, failed wakeup behavior, or regulators remaining enabled.
