GPU hang via unordered mutex-protected MMIO writes

Improper locking in the Linux kernel allows local users to hang Radeon GPU processing on LoongArch systems through ordinary graphics use. The __io_aw() hook did not invoke mmiowb(), so mutex-protected MMIO writes could be observed out of order across CPUs after drivers removed explicit barriers. The flaw is limited to weakly ordered LoongArch systems; graphics work such as glxgears can stall Radeon rings and lock the GPU, interrupting display service.
