Undefined GPU reads via stale GART mapping

Memory-management flaw in affected Linux kernels allows local users to trigger undefined GPU reads through a stale GART mapping. amdgpu_ttm_gart_bind fails to mark a GTT buffer as bound, so unbind skips clearing its GART page-table entry after release. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and AMDGPU use that reaches the freed GART address; the stale entry returns undefined data instead of faulting.
