File-system corruption via misclassified resize group

Ext4 metadata corruption in Linux allows local users to damage file-system data during an online resize across a meta block group boundary. ext4_flex_group_add updates backup block group descriptors using the non-meta_bg layout without first checking whether the added group belongs to the first meta block group. The path requires an ext4 online resize with resize_inode disabled, as occurs by default above 16 TiB with 4 KiB blocks or when the feature is explicitly disabled.
