Kernel crash via stale XFD state

Denial of service in affected Linux kernel releases allows local users to crash x86 systems after CPU hotplug and FPU state use. The CPU-hotplug path resets MSR_IA32_XFD but leaves per-CPU xfd_state stale, so xfd_update_state can skip a required MSR write. A later XRSTOR raises #NM in kernel space and crashes the host; exposure requires x86 XFD support and a CPU-hotplug event.
