Local system crash via unchecked stream callback

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux kernel allows local users to crash the system by disabling an AMD display stream. The dce110_disable_stream function calls the stream encoder stop_dp_info_packets callback without verifying that the function pointer is non-NULL. The path requires an affected AMD display configuration, and triggering it interrupts the entire host.
