System hang via AMDGPU debugfs lock inversion

Improper locking in affected Linux kernels allows local users to hang or hard-reset systems by reading an AMDGPU MQD debugfs file. amdgpu_debugfs_mqd_read holds a reservation lock while copy_to_user can fault and acquire mmap_lock, creating a circular dependency. Local access to the AMDGPU MQD debugfs entry on supported hardware is required; the resulting deadlock can hang the kernel, and an immediate hard reset was observed but not reproduced manually.
