Service hang via unfrozen synchronization thread

Availability flaw in Linux kernel dm-raid 4.8 through 6.7.11 and 6.8 through 6.8.2 allows local users to hang RAID suspend. raid_postsuspend treats MD_RECOVERY_FROZEN as proof that writes and the running sync_thread are stopped, while raid_message can clear the flag during suspension. Reaching the flaw requires local access able to suspend a dm-raid array; the resulting race can hang stop_sync_thread or corrupt its ext4 filesystem.
