Kernel hang via skipped debugfs cancellations

Improper locking in Linux kernel 6.7 before 6.7.12 and 6.8 before 6.8.3 allows local users to hang kernel operations during debugfs removal. The __debugfs_file_removed function waits after active_users reaches zero and skips cancellation callbacks while references remain, reversing the intended branches. Exploitation requires concurrent access to a removable debugfs file and removal of its tree; the resulting deadlock can indefinitely block the removing kernel path.
