Clustered array crash via missing bitmap slot offset

A bitmap bookkeeping flaw in the Linux kernel allows attackers to crash clustered multidisk arrays during write operations. The md_bitmap_file_set_bit path uses sb_index without adding the cluster node's bitmap slot offset, so writes address the wrong bitmap location. The failure requires a clustered md configuration and interrupts storage service through a kernel crash; no remote trigger or privilege requirement is published.
