Cache refresh via missing nonce validation
Published Jun 21, 2024 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Cross-site request forgery in Dave Kiss Vimeography 2.4.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to refresh plugin caches via forged requests. Several request-handling functions accept state-changing requests without correct WordPress nonce validation. Exploitation requires a logged-in administrator to open an attacker-controlled link or page, and the reported consequence is an unwanted cache refresh.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
