Administrator XSS via unsanitized admin settings
Published Jun 21, 2024 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Cross-site scripting in JoomSky WP Job Portal 2.1.3 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts through admin settings. The settings path accepts administrator-controlled content without sufficient input sanitization or output escaping, causing a browser to interpret that content as script. Administrator privileges are required; the CNA labels the issue DOM-based, while Wordfence describes stored execution on multisite or when unfiltered_html is disabled.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
