Contributor ticket preview generation via missing capability check

Missing authorization in the Tickera plugin 3.5.2.6 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to generate unauthorized ticket previews. The generate_ticket_preview() function omits a capability check before creating a ticket preview for the requester. Contributor-level access is sufficient, and the documented consequence is limited to unauthorized preview generation.
