Arbitrary file access via unchecked storage keys

Path traversal in LangChain before 0.0.353 allows remote authenticated users to read or write arbitrary paths through LocalFileStore. LocalFileStore._get_full_path joins an attacker-controlled key to root_path without resolving and verifying that the result remains under that root. Exploitation requires an application to pass user-controlled keys to mget, mset, or yield_keys; reads disclose host files, while writes can alter them.
