Stored script execution via unencoded Department input

Stored XSS in SourceCodester Computer Laboratory Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to run scripts in a visitor's browser. The Department form accepts a crafted POST value without sanitization and stores it for later rendering without output encoding. Exploitation requires a user to open the affected record; the script can read accessible cookies and alter displayed content.
